A new era of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” begins tonight.
Season 16 of the long-running Bravo series will begin, for the first time since Season 2, without Kandi Burruss. She announced that she’d be leaving the show after 14 seasons at the 2024 Grammys, just months after it was announced that Bravo was exploring rebooting the series with a primarily new cast.
The seven-person cast will consist of some returning favorites, like Porsha Williams and Phaedra Parks, and some brand-new faces.

George Lopez Teams With Truly Original To Develop Unscripted Projects Including Charlie Murphy Documentary
The comedian, who is currently starring in the third season of NBC’s Lopez vs. Lopez, has partnered with Truly Original, the production company behind series such as The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Ink Master, to develop a number of unscripted projects.
The first is a feature documentary about Charlie Murphy, the brother of Eddie Murphy. Darkness: The Charlie Murphy Story will tell the story of the comedian, who died in 2017 from leukemia at the age of 57.
